The Ford F-150 XLT Sport with a 3.5L EcoBoost engine is a popular truck, and Greg Christian was happy to purchase one.
“I came from the world of turbocharged cars, and I loved that it was a torquey turbocharged engine from Ford in a truck. It was the highest HP truck in this price range when I bought it.” But, the truck’s performance was lackluster.
Factory tunes often don’t bring out the full potential of vehicles. Often, there is brand engineering, or product line engineering at play.
