Returns

We get it... sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Whether you ordered the wrong part or simply changed your mind, we want the return or exchange process to be smooth. Here’s how we can work together to sort things out.


Easy Returns: To start a return, contact our Mod Gurus Team for a Return Authorization. Once you have it, send the items back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend UPS or FedEx because they’re reliable and offer package insurance, but the choice is yours.


The Lowdown:

  • Unopened merchandise in like-new packaging may be returned within 45 days of shipment.

  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.


The Fine Print: We understand that sometimes you need to test-fit a part. However, we can’t accept hardware that has been installed or shows signs of damage. This helps us keep things fair for everyone.


A Note on PowerLink & Tuning Returns: If you’re returning a PowerLink and/or tuning product, please use your PowerLink to restore your truck to its stock tuning software before contacting us. This simple step helps make the return process smoother.



Tuning Destroyed Vehicle Protection


Life happens, and losing your dream truck is hard enough. If your truck is totaled beyond repair or stolen and unrecoverable, our Destroyed Vehicle Protection program lets you continue enjoying Xodus Tuning on a new, supported replacement truck. We want you to be a customer for life, not just a one-time customer.


We’ll transfer your tune for the following fee:

  • 0–90 days from purchase: No transfer fee

  • 91–365 days from purchase: $150 transfer fee

  • 366+ days from purchase: 25% off the purchase of a new tune


Let’s get started: Contact our Mod Gurus with your tune order number, full name, full address, and official insurance documentation showing that your vehicle was totaled beyond repair or stolen and unrecoverable. We’ll get back to you with the steps to transfer your tune to your new truck.


One last thing: If the new tune costs more than your original tune, you’ll need to pay the difference in addition to any applicable transfer fee. Switching to a less expensive tune doesn’t qualify you for an additional discount or refund. Tune transfers are at our discretion and require sufficient insurance documentation confirming that the original vehicle was destroyed or stolen and unrecoverable.
