We get it—sometimes things don't work out as planned. Whether it's the wrong part or a change of heart, we want your return or exchange process smooth. Here's how we can work together to sort everything out:


No-Hassle Returns & Exchanges: If you want to return or exchange something, just contact our team to get a Return Authorization. Once you've got that, send the items back to us via your preferred carrier. We're fans of UPS or FedEx because they're reliable and let you insure your package, but the choice is yours.


The Lowdown:

  • Returns: If it's been up to 30 days since your item shipped, returns are free. If it's been between 31 and 180 days, there's a 10% restocking fee. 
  • Exchanges: Feeling a change? Exchanges are always free within 180 days from your order date. We want you to find something from us that you totally love. 

The Fine Print: We totally understand that sometimes, you need to take things for a test drive. However, if hardware items have been installed or show signs of damage, we can't take them back. It's all about keeping things fair for everyone.


A Little Note on PowerLink Returns: If you're returning a PowerLink product, make sure to reset your truck to its stock software using your PowerLink before reaching out for a return. It's a simple step that makes everything smoother.
