EVERY INCH WORKS

Bigger is better, but only if you use all of it. Most intercoolers push air through the easiest path, leaving large portions of the core unused, which accelerates heat soak and leads to power fade. The Xodus Flow Distribution System (FDS™) fixes this with internal airflow guides that evenly distribute hot charge air across the entire intercooler. The result is maximum heat transfer, lower intake temps, and a powerful defense against heat soak.

FDS™ IN ACTION

Get what you pay for. Most intercoolers have an inherent design flaw - the layout of the intercooler core is oriented in a way tat only allows 2/3s of the surface area to cool the air. Our proprietary solution called FDS (Flow Distribution System) evenly distributes hot air across the entire intercooler core, maximizing the intercoolers ability to reduce intake temperatue.

GRIP THAT WON’T SLIP

Boost leaks are for cheap intercoolers. Xodus Grip-Lock connectors use machined grooves and a flat-stop edge to firmly grip couplers and lock them in place under boost. Once it’s clamped down, every pound of boost stays where it belongs… inside your truck.

Xodus engineers use advanced 3D scanning and rapid prototyping to design this intercooler as a true bolt-in replacement. Despite its massive size, it fits like a glove, drops into factory mounting points. Dual integrated condensation drains remove moisture buildup that commonly causes misfires in humid conditions.
