Ford’s stock 3.5 Ecoboost turbo adapters are critical exhaust restriction points that suffocate your turbos. We opened the small 52.60mm diameter and increased it to a massive 66.33mm, the absolute physical maximum size the footprint allows. This offers a minimum 50.4% increase in area over stock, removing all exhaust flow restrictions on both the factory and even the large hybrid turbos, including the popular Garrett PowerMax™ Stage 2 Turbochargers.

Xodus turbo adapters include our own perfectly matched oversized gaskets, providing a mechanical (and clean) exhaust seal. Other aftermarket designs that seal with messy RTV silicone can lead to improper seals, blowouts, and annoying maintenance.

REAL EGT DATA, ZERO FABRICATION

Monitoring real-time exhaust temps on your 3.5L Ecoboost used to mean drilling, tapping, and welding to install sensors. We integrated the first and only EGT sensor port directly into the turbo adapter casting for a bolt-on sensor solution. Just remove the included plug and thread your 4” long x 1/16 NPT EGT probe to add easy temperature monitoring during heavy towing and high-performance builds.

No. The Xodus turbo adapters are a purely mechanical improvement in exhaust flow from the turbocharger into your exhaust system and do not alter emissions output or O2 sensor readings.
No. Installing Xodus high-flow turbo adapters on your otherwise stock 3.5L Ecoboost truck will not cause any operational issues, offering a reliable stainless steel upgrade over the stock iron parts. However, an ECU tune is required to fully realize the performance benefits of the new, non-restrictive and high-flow design.
RTV silicone is prone to user error and blowout under extreme exhaust pressure. Not to mention a real pain to remove and clean during maintenance. Dedicated gaskets provide a mechanical seal that expands and contracts with the adapter and exhaust. It is the cleaner, more reliable, and proper way to upgrade your Ford Raptor or F150 3.5L Turbo Adapters.
Yes. This kit is a direct fit for all 2011-2020 3.5L EcoBoost engines, including the High-Output Gen 2 Raptor.
No, but access is tight. The included Xodus hex-head stud hardware and oversized gasket significantly reduce the installation difficulty compared to standard hardware (or no hardware) found in other aftermarket F150 and Raptor Turbo Adapters Upgrades.
